I think if one were to examine the character and business practices of both parties he/she could very easily draw an intelligent conclusion as to who the bad guy is.

The personal feud between these two doesn't need our input. And we would all be better off if we left to be between the two of them.

If you want to criticize Rene for something you he did then go ahead. But he shouldn't be criticized for insulting someone who takes a shot at him.
