I just realized that Casino le Lyon Vert was actually outside of Lyon in La Tour de Salvagny with a postal code of 69890 where La Tour has a population of 8,000 and Lyon close to 1-million.

I guess it's like tourists calling towns surrounding Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Lauderdale.

That was an interesting note about no casinos being in Lyon proper, but I still have not pinpointed where Central Club Lyon was located. Perhaps it was like one of those Paris card clubs.
