I'll second the mention of Michael's at the B.C. Two other places would be Hugo's Cellar at the Four Queens and Piero's on Convention Center Drive. Highly recommend making reservations well in advance at all of these places, especially if you are thinking of a weekend night. All well worth the $$$$$
