Gene, as I recall I ran into Rene near the blackjack tables, so we were away from the cage and I did not see anyone else with any racks of chips. Rene had a friend with him who had probably 10 chips in his hand. The 200 chips Rene told me he had were in one of those plastic cups, not in two racks. That's about all I can remember, hope that helps everyone.
