My reservation at the Trop isn't until Wednesday and I learned my lesson in January about rolling into Vegas after dark after meeting the local crack dealer at Circle K. YIKES! I was AAAALLLL shaken up... almost turned around and headed straight back to Arizona!

I don't know that I'd really stay somewhere "seedy". I was hoping I wouldn't be spending a lot of time in my room as I want to get chips (for traders) from some of the places I probably wouldn't bother with unless I "was there". If I stay somewhere too pleasant - I might be tempted to stay put for the night or relax in my room instead of getting the chips I'd be staying for in the first place.

But Andy - I'll keep those 2 places in mind if I decide to go with "un-seedy"
