Your are TOTALL correct in all of your assessment...I myself should not blame RENE for his dasterdly deed on the Harrah's Chips....even if I feel he is WRONG (which he will never change, always after the BUCK), so I will mail Harrah's and Let them know how unhappy I am about there policies. Do you really think they care? I think not, however I will try my best.
