I just found this one last piece. Besides the chips held by a relative of the old club, this is one of 15 or so in the chipping community. The Sal Sagev was located where the current Golden Gate stands in downtown Las Vegas.

One prominent dealer whom I sold about a half dozen pieces a year or two ago was selling these for $150 apiece.
