George; I agree with you 100%. I just sent out Joe Benon's RR this morning to the next participant and was amazed at the number of duplicate cards that were in the RR when I received it. I tried to prevent this from happening in one of the RR's I started a couple of months ago by requiring participants to note which card they removed from the RR and what card they replaced it with on a form that was provided with the RR. All I got was grief about the amount of record keeping required on the part of a few of the recipients. Like Pat, I too know who violated the rules in my RR and they will not be invited in any future RR I put together. It's just a matter of weeding out a few of the bad apples who spoil it for others... and this is over a lousy current card that didn't cost them anything. Can you imagine what would happen if these fun things to collect had any appreciable value?
