but that sounds an awful lot like a threat - which IS considered assault. I'd put the a block on any e-mails generating out of mental health institutions and prisons and hope that takes care of it.

And I don't care if a "person has a problem". My son has "a problem" but that doesn't mean he isn't responsible for his behavior. If one is "smart" enough to make threats and even possibly own a firearm... then one should be smart enough to know when to SHUT THE $#!@!#@ UP!
