Regarding the Caesar's Palace LV $200 and the Eldorado $200, will they be in stand alone machines like Bally's was; or will they be available like at the Imperial Palace where 20 $10's may be exchanged for 1 $200; or like earlier $200's at the Eldorado and Sierra Sid's where one could simply buy them from the gift shop?
