I don't know if this helps you, but by accident I discovered this regarding Pay Pal -- I can go to PayPal and easily log on. No trouble. But when I go back a SECOND time, I can not log on! So I do this, and it always works -- I quit the browser application (Netscape in my case), and then I click on the browser application again, and lo and behold, I easily log onto PayPal. (I am sure that there is a technical explanation for this, but I don't know it.)
