Here's the scenerio I envisioned. A new collector hears about this board. After reading several posts, he decides that the Hard Rock would be great chips to collect. He then reads that the complete set went for $450. Based on this information he bids on the auction. The previous bidders bid again. The new bidder wins the auction at $425 and figures he saved $25 since the previous auction went for $450.

This newbie is quite happy. A couple of days later Josh advertises for $200 (or whatever his price is). The newbie feel taken.

Your answer to this person is "there was no misrepresentation so if you were stupid enough to bid, tough sh*t."

Bob, I know nothing about Hard Rock roulettes. After reading the first post I got the impression that I better hurry and bid, the going price is $450.

I rather error on the side of helping a new collector than protecting the rights of of a dealer/seller
