Found it. There isn't much information but here goes.
It's an old postcard type mailing (looks like a postcard but opens up) and
it announces the club's Holiday show. There's a logo of Club 30
"on Route 30 at Chester, West Virginia. Entertainment booked by ... Joe
Hiller, Pittsburgh, PA."
When you open it up it says
Our Holiday Show@
