The timing and placement of Josh's post can only limit the potential amount Dan can expect to receive from any reader of this BB. If Dan had placed a large minimum on the set, I could see someone starting a new thread offering to sell the set at a lower price, but Dan set the minimum at 1 cent with no reserve. Dan didn't in any way misrepresent what he has up for auction. I think Josh's timing and post placement were in bad taste and not very courteous.
