Its more of a souvenir thing.
Casino started doing that. I have one from the internatiol with 6 $25 chips in it. Worth about $1500 a piece. But the in the case its only about $100 for it all.
Its still a nice piece but there is no way you can get out the chip. If you find a way you can make a lot of money :)
