My point is the disappointing voter turn out in general. Less than 1/5 on the ammendment and 1/3 for officers. Seems most people did not care so did not vote. I do not think we would have received a much higher vote total even if all the issues you raised were handled differently. If people will not even vote for BOD, do you think they would have voted on the ammendment issue?. I do not.
