A new e-mail virus is being propagated. Norton AntiVirus updates for this virus are tentatively scheduled to be released at 9:00 p.m. 03/13/01. Please update your virus definitions ASAP Wednesday morning.

The virus infects Windows System files and then sends infected files via MS Outlook/Outlook Express/Netscape Navigator to all addresses listed in the infected user's address book. The infected e-mail does not have a static subject line, message body, or attachment filename. Some of the names of this virus include: MAGISTR.A, W32.Magistr, MAGISTR, TROJ_ARF_JUDGE.A, JUDGE.A, ARF_JUDGE.
