You knew because you read the internet bulletin board. Wonderful! Most members don't have computers and internet connections. In any event most members don't follow the BB's. Most members have a life and don't live on these BB's. If you read the first post in the thread, you'll see a zillion things that were done wrong. That is not a normal situation. One shouldn't have to undertake an investigation to understand the meaning of a particular amendment.
