The other thing you might want to try is sending an email from another server. Every now and then I find that an email just doesn't go through and the only way to contact the other party is sending an email from a web based server like hotmail. Sometimes it is just a temporary problem. In fact i recently discoverd that problem contacting another chipper who I'd emailed before.
