Here's how I get around that: After you have post your message, you are taken to the "Message Posted, Thank You for Contributing" screen. It will then take you to the Index page after a couple of seconds.

You don't want to do that. Instead, after you get to the "Message Posted" screen, hit your "Back" button on your browser until you are at the origional index page a couple of pages backwards. Hopefully I explained it so it's clear as mud.
