Look at your calander again. The convention starts in May but extends to June. I remember going to LV in early June one year and trying to walk with my wife and two young daughters from Circus to Sahara. It was 115 degrees out.Needless to say we took a cab back. It did cool off later - it was only 110 degrees at midnight.
