Several threads ago I posted a message about not being able to locate a Fremont $5 in the TCR or in the C/W. Surely, one of the 82 visitors to that post might have had an snawer, but so far no one has responded to the post or sent an e:mail.

All I can do is try again. Ther scan below shows two different Fremont $5 chips. Only one of them is listed in the TCR and the C/W guides. That would be the one on the left, which is a DIESUITS mold. The one on the right is identical, except that the mold is of 6 suits and the edge/side inserts/spots are short and thick dashes, while the other one has long and thin dashes.

Have I missed something, like the one on the right being a recent issue and therefore not in the guides? Or am I mis-reading the guides? This has been known to happen as I get older.

Any comments?
