That is totally untrue and shows you don't get the point at all. If I thought they had something to offer, I might be afraid of an open debate. The seminar is our opportunity to line them up and shoot them down.
If the club sticks it's head in the sand, new chippers may only get one side of the story - theirs. That's why there's an anti-slabber table. That's why a seminar is a good thing. Don't look at it as giving them an opportunity to sell their crap. Think of it as our opportunity to shine a bright light on every one of their shallow arguments. In their faces. For everyone to see.
