I had bought a couple of chips from him last June. The deal went okay... I offered to pick the chips up from him in person, since he lives in a very convenient area for me to get to. He didn't seem to care for that idea one little bit.

At that time his eBay ID was "Charoog". After a sudden rash of negative feedback, he changed it, but since he continued to hawk the same $5 chips from the old Monterey Club in Gardena (he seems to have a bunch of them), I was able to figure out what his new handle was (actually I continued to bid on the Monterey Club chips for a while, but since I won't pay more than face for one, I never did win an auction).

Seems he's up to his old tricks, I suppose. If I had to make an assessment, I'd say he's definitely one of the bad guys.
