Can anyone understand or explain this? What are all these NINE CS grades. How do I tell one from another?

Remember that the slabbed item comes with a disclaimer from the source and the dealers in many cases. Just because it's graded, doesn't mean it's guarenteed to be that grade. So it changes nothing!
