Harrahs was one of the first customers for gaming tokens from Franklin Mint in 1965. In addition to the 250,000 tokens made for the machines and the 3,500 tokens made for collectors and presentation sets, there was ONE token of the same design made in platinum. It's the only pt token I know of made for a US casino.
