Despite the potential in Tunica, I think Jack would be foolish not to take the LV Hilton. In fact it would probably be a good deal for both companies. I keep wondering when, and if, Park Place will really "Caesarize" the old Sheraton in Tunica. Look what Gold Strike did for the old Circus property. The Horseshoe is always crowded and an upscale property next door couldn't hurt. Tunica does need more rooms - it is almost imposible to get a place to stay on short notice on the weekends.
