Maybe the postmaster in Loxahatchee is a stamp collector???

Why wouldn't folks deliberately stick their old unwanted stamps together and redeem them at the post office instead of selling them to stamp dealers at deeply discounted prices below face value???? I've seen lots of people at my Brick NJ post office trying to redeem original gum stamps and they won't take them.

On an unrelated subject.... Once purchased, even Garden State Parkway tokens can not be turned in or redeemed. So if any motorists sign up for Easy Pass, you'll have to get rid of your extra GSP tokens by paying tolls with them.
