I've noticed the differences as well on my personal cards. I got two cards from AC with the same number. The fronts are identical but the back of one has a signature panel while the other does not. I'd swear I got them at the same time (they gave me two cards).

I have a second set starting with 157. Where do these come from? It is a slightly different card than the AC ones.
