I was not at all offended. I understand your frustration. I too stood in lines "out the door" at the Opera House. And I do know that a percentage of chips at both casinos you mentioned, Four Queens and Opera House were held back to put on the tables or in the cage for the walk-in collector. I've gone to casinos to pick up 20 or so chips only to find at the cage they were sold out, yet sitting at a BJ table could cull what I needed. NOTE: Lost money at all tables
