Two that are not in Carolyn's book are:

Beau Rivage, black, table games card

Isle of Capri, Biloxi, red l.l. corner

The other Beau Rivage card is a room key.

I have a couple of the Casino Magic cards in un-issued form in case you collect cards w/o names.
