() You'd be surprised how far south one can go with
the proper scheduling in the Leewards with short hops; ferry and cat service. Even short hops in the Windwards could get you to the Français. All it takes is time (lots of it) and being adventurous.
The same thing holds true from the Hook on St. Thomas where one can ferry to both the US and Brit Virgins without being ripped by the cruise lines. Any hack would be more than happy to drop you off at the ferry.
