In my opinion, if you put an item up for auction on Ebay, you should email the bidder within two days. I realize extenuating circumstances may come up, a death in the family or whatever. But I'd argue "too busy" or "forgot" is not an acceptable excuse for ignoring a winning bidder. If you're "too busy" to deal with an auction, don't put items up for sale. If you're going out of town, ditto, wait until you get back to do your auction. I think this is double so for someone who is attempting to make a living selling chips. Just one chipper's opinion.
