... for you & I hope he is able to obtain an exception to receive your vote by fax or email. That would compromise your confidentiality, but as the alternative is not being able to vote, I think it should be permitted.

In fact, if elected, one of the proposals I intend to make is to modify the voting procedures to allow votes by both fax and email for anyone ... that is, anyone who is not concerned about being able to submit a secret ballot.
