I think you must have used a Microsoft product to create that page. Maybe not.

My brother created his web page using Microsoft Front Page.

If you go to his site using Internet Explorer it comes up fine.

If you use Netscape you only see his title at the top of the page.

Some of the people seeing the titles using Netscape are possibly using an older version. My current version of is Netscape® Communicator 4.75

I am not sure what causes the problem though.
