IMHO, it is way beyond questionable.
Chippers have found these chips at flea markets in every state in the USA.
The Golden Horseshoe was a small bar and had a race book just like every other small bar in Covington, KY. It was across the street from the Triangle Paper Bag Co. It was also a favorite hangout for cab drivers including my father in law and his brother.
No BJ or Hazzard tables.
