Andy had this question...why is it only the 3 downtown Boyd Casinos with a Limit of 2 chips, the rest of the Boyd Casinos, you can buy what you want.

They did the same thing with the 2000 Millennium edition.

Gaming does NOT tell casinos to do LIMITS....Bob still does not have his head out of the sand is a GREAT SMOKE BLOWER....
