Andy nailed the chip board date at 3/4/98.

I think that file date for chip guide is still too late. I remember going back and touching up many of the graphics at a later date which would have thrown off the file dates.

Maybe Neal will remember when he started Chequers. Add a month and that should be the most accurate.
