First, Allan explained that he did not have the name. Second, the warning about fraudulent chips is good and helpful. However, hypothetically, if a person is identified as the person committing the fraud and he isn't--he might only be selling them w/o knowledge of the fraud--to name him would be a very serious slander subjecting the namer to civil prosecution. So absent proof of the knowledge of the person it is far better to publish the fraud information.
