I'm a real new collector and would like to be aware of unscrupulous collectors. How about something like a 'buyer beware' notice from time to time. At least then if I trade and I am aware the seller may not be reputable it will be my fault if I get scammed.

I'm particularly concerned with the filling of holes on cancelled chips. I don't think I've seen one but don't think I could tell from a picture.

And, by the way, I'm official as of Friday, #R5098 amd I'm happy to be aboard.
