I agree that the names should be posted however, it is MORE important that the fraud is made public since we'll all know the name of the "crook" as soon as we see him/her selling these altered chips!!
Sometimes in detective work, one must remain anonymous and names can't be mentioned which enables the detective to "detect" again!!!
