I don't recall taking offense to your reply to this problem.
The international members pay a higher membershipfee due to the mailing costs....
Me personally don't mind even extra to get DHL or UPS ship it to me overnight.
What is happening now is that it goes like you guys call it 1st class mail. Which works in the USA, BUT when you put it bulk 1st class to Europe it is just put into the bag to go 'overseas' by boat, the letters and envelopes with chips I recieve from the USA in just under or over a week is send by AIR MAIL (BIG BLUE STICKER) and of course by sending the CCTN out even 1st class it does NOT have that blue sticker, hence into the bag to it goes overseas by boat NOT by AIR MAIL...
This is the problem in a nut shell. I pay for 1st class (I have no problem with this), only 1st class is great for USA members, 1st class does NOT apply to shipments outside the USA. Then you only have normal (like now) or priority (BLUE STICKER AIR MAIL) which is not put onto the envelope with my CCTN so I am still waiting and it is already 23 February........
