Yes I did. At least I thought it would be better. Foreign copies should not be going by boat. As mentioned though, once they are in the system we have no control. Look at standard delivery copies in the U.S. that take 4 weeks to be delivered. This is poor service from an organization that is so automated and just got a rate increase (and is now looking for another one next year).

I will bring this up to the printer/mailing house again to see if there is any better way to handle this situation.

As far as the voting/ballots, while too late now, the new board should make some alternative plans for our foreign members because of mailing delays.
