....the ballot faxed to our overseas members when the magazine is sent? You wouldn't have to compromise the privacy of the ballot by leaving it in its current form. Keep the mailed out ballots that come with the magazine on colored paper. A faxed ballot would be on white paper, and you'd only need to verify that it was sent from an address overseas by looking at the envelope. ...no need to put a return address on it.
