It is my understanding that the commercial printing firm who prints the club magazine mails them out.... or utilizes a mailing service to mail out the magazine to the entire membership using updated mailing labels provided by the Club Membership Officer for each issue.

I believe there are three separate sets of mailing labels provided to the printing company. One set is for bulk 3rd class mail, another set is for First Class domestic mailings for those who have paid the extra $12 per year, and the third set is for "foreign" (outside U.S.) members.
