its about GRADING too.... You cannot EVER assume that your chip will come back with the grade you expect... To you it might be an MS-70!
BUT........ the chip actually comes back graded at
CS-65
five grades off from
CS-70
But it looked great to you when you bought it straight from the cage at the time it was issued. It never saw table play.
Now what's your CS-65 chip worth to someone who can find another one graded CS-70?
