Gene,
Apparently there is still controversy over the Sacagawea coins.
I do know that ICG did slab ALL of Ms. Glenna Goodacre's 5000 coins. Here's the article on ICG's site at...

AND here's the claim made by ICG with Mr. Taylor's name in it.
Note: The Goodacre Presentation Mint Burnished coins are all 2000-P and the Millennium Sacagaweas are all 2000-D.

Here's an excerpt from that article....
When Goodacre began marketing her coins at $200 each and the marketplace began differentiating between the Goodacre strikes and others, Mint officials issued a statement saying the coins she received were produced in the same manner as those struck for the Uncirculated Mint sets.
However, collectors and at least one third-party grading service, began to dispute the Mint's claim. They noted distinct differences in the look and texture of the two coins. Further, the grading service refused to grade the Goodacre coins because of a belief that they had been burnished after they were struck.

I wonder which grading company REFUSED to grade the Goodacre coins? Definitely wasn't ICG!
