Suppose a player at a $10 crap table plays for 3 hour, making average bets, and then asks the pit boss for dinner for 2 and the pit boss gives him the dinners. The question is, are the dinners taken off the points just earned by the player or is it in addition due to the time played? And, Does making bets (ex; 2 ways on the hard numbers) for the dealers earn consideration from the boss? Anyone know the process?
