Once again, there is no "CA" chapter (or club). If you are referring to the NorCal Nevada chapter, I seriously doubt that the chapter will leave the club over either of the issues you have mentioned. You are listening to a small portion of the chapter membership. And if the chapter does leave the club, there are members who would readily form and/or join a new club chapter to replace the old one. ----- jim o\-S
