I take it you don't speak Klingon, Rich. HH is spoken from the throat, not the diaphram. Pronounced correctly, it sounds like you're hacking up a hair ball.

What's really tricky is the double HH in this word. If you're not careful, you just might hack something up. It would be polite to turn your head before speaking it.
